Dinner from the shelBi street caFe & Bistro and a spectacular view of the Downtown Fireworks from the Rooftop Garden. The party starts at 7:00pm until 11:00pm and also includes Duckpin Bowling! This year’s dinner menu features: Shrimp Remoulade Appetizer, Choice of Salad: Spinach or Gingham, Choice of Entree: Slow roasted and smoked Prime Rib with fresh horseradish cream sauce, A Full Slab of Hickory Smoked Chipotle BBQ St. Louis style ribs, Apple wood smoke Cornish Game Hen with Blueberry Ginger sauce, or Vegetarian option – Garden Vegetable Phyllo Wrap with Béarnaise sauce. All entrees include Roasted Red Potatoes and Veg du Jour Dessert: All American Apple Cake with crème anglaise. Beer, Wine, Margaritas, and Soft Drinks are included with the package price. Tickets are $70 per guest (includes tax & gratuity), and all guests must be 21 years and older. Tickets on sale June 4th, event will be held rain or shine, NO REFUNDS ON TICKETS PURCHASED.
