By the 2008 football season the Indianapolis Colts may be playing in a state-of-the art, retractable-roof stadium now under construction in downtown Indianapolis. The $675 million facility, to be named Lucas Oil Stadium, will also be used for non-Colts events such as NCAA basketball tornament play.
